We are looking to buy on this complex, any comments - good or bad please?

Also, how secure is the complex/high numbner of break ins?

Why are so many properties for sale?

Why no furniture by the pools?

What's it like to live here - not just for a weeks holiday?

Is it too busy in the summer etc, a "holiday complex"?

Why no updates on this forum since 2014?

Is it "legal" and safe to buy here, no Bank going to come after me or planning rejected etc?

What else should we be made aware of please?

If I had as many concerns over a place like you have I would buy somewhere else . Or go and rent there for 2 weeks , and go and the people that live there your issues. And as for no activity since 2014. Many resorts / developments have there own Facebook page. And don't use EOS anymore. 

Hello, Thanks for the response, I ask so many questions as I had bad experinces buying 2 properties some 10 years ago, one of which I am still waiting for the Courts to force the bank to refund my money, once bitten, twice as shy, I guess!
