Kitchen Pack

As someone who has pre-purchased a 'kitchen pack' fron SJU but who two years later, can't find a specific list of what you get in the 'kitchen pack', can anyone advise their experience of the content?

My recollection from the showhome was oven, hob, extractor,fridge and washing machine or dishwasher.

On Gran Mirador 3 it was all that you list with dishwasher as well as washer, plus a microwave. All the white goods look pretty good especially the fridge/freezer.

Thanks Ian, looks like we have missed out on the washing machine and certainly the microwave. Yet another bit of sharp practice from our friends at SJU!

What is the take on SKY t.v on Gran Mirador. Down in Murcia where we have a townhouse there are loads of 'mesh' deals where you pay about 550 Euro and the 19 euros a month and you get all the channels you could possibly want with great resception.

BUT I  haven't spotted many of these mesh systems up here. My pal in El Campello has a huge dish and paid about 800 Euro but he gets rubbish reception especially around 10.00 p.m when the screen goes fuzzy.

Can anyone recommend anyone so that I can get the footie and Lost/24/Battlestar? And how much?

Both Gran Mirador 3 and 4 have big dishes erected by SJU and the Community rules ban any other form of dish, although I have seen one so far. The problem as always is the extreme amount of money SJU want to link you up. They wanted a 1000Euros to connect to the dish which is big enough to get SKY direct. As there are only 105 apartments I thought 105K Euros was a lot for a dish and the wiring-although it is a very substantial size and the installation very robust.

You can bring your own box or the contractor will sort you one out. I haven't taken the offer up but I may find myself with no alternative if we live out there for any length of time, or decide we want to rent it out.
