Can anyone tell me (phase 1 owners) how much the community charge is per month, and gas and electricity on average.

Can anyone answer Pauls question yet about community fees?

Also when does payment start for example we have completed in July on phase 2 but I would expect people to be still completing  into next year, so do people start paying at different times?

Hi all phase 2 owners

Are you all sitting down with a drink or maybe some smelling salts in your hand?!

Phase 1 community fees 1800 euros approx for 12 months.  We completed in January and had to pay our first instalment May (900 euros), second bill came in July for 900 euros.

It will be interesting to see what phas 2 make of the price.  Personally speaking I think they are much too high so a little feedback of what everyone else thinks would be good.
