Voluntary dismissal

Hi all.

Can anyone on completed phase/phases tell us if you can have ceiling fans in any of the rooms ,as Roda said you can ,then they said you cant ,then you can, then you cant ,depending on who you where talking to, which left us a touch confused (not difficult anymore). Or has anyone actually got them fitted already which will answer the question once and for all.

Was wondering if anybody who has bought a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom penthouse apartment could tell me if there is a utility room and if so what size. I also wondered if there was a cupboard inside the apartment somewhere that could be kept for our private use and locked in our absence.

Hi,

We have the same as you but first floor. On original plans a utility was drawn, but from what we have seen from renting there is no utility area in reality.

Could not see a private cupboard inside the apts. as part of the new build, you may have to convert part of one of your other storage areas with a lock.

We will be storing all our private items in the lock up in the garage.

Maybe this is the answer to this problem, as i do not think there is space in the apartment to allocate any room.

Thank you for your replies regarding storage and utility room. We are not very happy that in the original plan we were told we would have a utility room and all of a sudden this is no longer the case. How can the builders justify changing plans without even a mention. Oh well, what can we do but just accept what is thrown at us I suppose. I expect we will be drying our clothes on the roof solarium!
