Hi,  Great to read all the other info on this site about Roda - some of the info has been really helpful!

Myself and my hubby have bought a townhouse in phase three - not sure of the completion date - sometime in Oct 07.  I have asked for further info from custome services - if anyone has any info I would be grateful.

Has anyone purchased golf rights for Roda?  We are considering purchasing membership as we play golf and feel we would get the value - it is pricey.  I don't want to purchase and find that only a small number have been purchased so if anyone has any info it would be great.

There are also threads on suggested completion dates.

Who told you your faze 3 would be ready Oct 07. I hope they are correct as this would maybe indicate faze 2 will be ready sooner rather than later.

If you mail me off forum i could poss help you with all sorts of useful info.
