Fantastic learning site .. you GOTTA look, can't explain it briefly.

Hi to everyone,

My wife Terry and I visited Roda last December and were very impressed with what we seen, it really looks a fantastic facility. We are seriously considering a purchase on phase 2.

We would greatly appreciate any advise anyone may have to offer us. We have looked at other off plan golf developments in the Murcia area, but find nothing but problems attached to almost all of them. Is everything above board with Roda, has all revelvant planning permissions been granted. Has anyone received their title deeds to their properties yet?

Hi there

We are on Phase 1 and completed on our property in December.  On the whole we are very pleased with our purchase and everything seems above board. Some minor issues with snagging but hopefully these will be resolved soon.

Forgot to mention that I don't know if the beach club has planning permission yet.  We spoke to our solicitor about this and apparently this is not part of our contract and is a seperate entity.  Might be worth checking if one of your reasons for buying is the beach club.
