We have bought  2 bed apt on phase 3 can anyone give us any idea of how much the community charge is likely to be? Roda seem reluctant to release this info.

I am travelling to roda tommorow to complete on a 2 bed appart on phase 1.I was given a estimated community charge of 800 per annum.I am now told the fee will be 2063 per annum.I was looking forward to all of the family using the bolt hole for well earned no cost breaks .I feel as though Roda have been economical with the truth.What can we do.tom .Ba
