We have bought two apartments on phase II completing sometime this summer, we are looking for any information or advice regarding buying furniture and airconditioning,  if any one knows of any good suppliers that they have already used or know of it would be very much appreciated.

I have to disagree with the reply recommending ilucom(maybe wrong spelling).  We visited them for lights and shower doors and would have had to wait at least 4 weeks for delivery.  For,  lights their prices were almost twice the price of the little light shop in LA who were very reliable.  

We were also looking for beds and they recommended the shop beside them.  We had already visited them and thought that the quality wasn't great.  We asked the young English girl (in the light shop) did she know of anywhere else for beds, she said no unless somewhere near Basilcas?  She obviously would have rather sent us on a wild goose chase than tell us of Zeds Bedz almost next door which we hadn't seen at this stage.  What was that all about.

We can highly recommend Zeds Bedz again for reliability.

We have bought our beds, kitchen/crockery pack, blankets, pillows, matteress protectors and pool linen from Resort Management. WWW.resortgroup.eu  They have a place at Balsicas where you can see a sample of the furniture packs. 

There is a young lady called Patricia that works for Resort Management who looks after Roda Golf clients.

We have signed up with Resort Management to do the Management Services of our apartment, snagging list, maid service, renting, installing of safety equipment, security bolts through patio doors, spot lights in ceiling.  And fitting our lights that we bought in a lighing shop in San Javier.

You name it they will do it for a price.  We have been very pleased with the service that we have received so far.
