Account Opening Fees

I have veiwed a Macarena.  The property will be built at the Royal Dream Site, I had no real negative feelings about the developement. However  since reading the other threads I have some concerns whether to go ahead with the purchase or not. Could anyone advise me and give me updated feellings on this developement and Grupo Trampolin. I think it's a great buy any comments pls.

well i believe that Grupo Trmpolin are a good company and everything will go ahead, i have just been to the site and the cranes were being erected and a stock yard for all the building materials was created i think work is about to begin and do not agree with all the scare mongering that is going on, personally i believe that people who are putting serious negative comments are not clients of Grupo Trampolin but competitors such as Polaris world etc.  Grupo Trampolin will create a magnificant site both at campos del rio, Mula and Royal Dream.

well said mark I wholeheartedly agree with you. I feel that the development is a good one and will be fabulous when complete. Just as a side issue did you know that polaris at la torre are 18 months to two years behind schedule.

I know cos I put a deposit on one which was supposed to be ready oct 2005 and is still not ready.

I live on Lo santiago and have been accused of being very negative but I am only trying to be objective and not look through rose coloured glasses. I first bought in Spain in 1964 so have some experience of the hype and hyperbole perpetrated by agents,developers and builders. Take everything with a pinch of salt, they are all desperate for your money and remember you part with it and have nothing to show for years. I love my Macarena but it is still not legal and I have been here nearly 2 years. If the Company went bust I would be left with nothing. I am not saying it will but anything could happen. I would like to know where it gets its cash flow from to keep going other than selling more "Dreams" to people.  Mind you having said that nearly all developers and builders are the same  Build first and try and sort it out later!! Personally i would never buy off plan again i would want to see my escritura at once not be told it is coming in a few weeks and still be waiting after years. Regards Exile PS there are several houses for sale here on Lo Santiago because no-one wanting a mortgage can get it yet.

yes however at Trampolin Hills Golf Resort they are doing everything properly here, getting all the licences before they build.

Yes although I suspect the Council are watching them very closely and GT know that they will not get their escrituras for existing properties if the start at TH without all necessary licences.Perhaps also they will not get their Building Licences for TH until the existing properties have been validated.

That said despite the delays I am pleased TH appear to be doing things by the book as it may avoid delays at the other end.

GT is not by a long shot the only developer in Spain that has built without licences or that is behind schedule!!
