Keep the faith!

 My oh my, we seem to have a lot of people trying to jump ship and off load their investment. 

My first observation is that currently, none of us have anything to sell, simply because there is not yet anything built!

Secondly, if building gets the go ahead, our investment will surely double in value. Then, and only then can a decision be made with regard to selling on. Anyway, does your contract give you the liberty to sell on prior to completion, or must you carry out the purchase????

Some of us will elect to use the resort for the reasons we made our initial deposits, some will decide differently. Either way, it's ludicrous to post 'For Sale' signs on a property that doesn't exist!

Currently in parts of Spain, there are elections planned for May. Nothing will happen prior to this, as the country is now in a state of uncertainty. Next June, will herald a new beginning. Things will have settled down and the new powers that be, will be in office. Then and only then, will planning licences be granted.

We are not alone on this one, there are numerous other resorts in Murcia suffering the same problems as us. All of us will know our faith in June or perhaps even beyond. 

We all need to adopt patience, think the Spanish way. The planning procedure is Spain requires licences for every aspect of the building process. Up to this point Trampolin Hills have been granted all licences, with exception to the one to build (they have not been refused any licence). Our friends in El Trampolin will testify that all their licences are in place with the exception of the last one, the licence to inhabit their homes. TH are currently working with Murcia Council to get El Trampolin up to scratch. So you see, even after getting the licence to build our problems will continue right up to the time of handover of the deeds. It's a long road ahead!

I believe that all this will happen. The town of Campos del Rio has doubled in size over the last 12 months and they still continue to build. They are surely doing this on the back of the planned TH development. These guys are nobodies fools. Do as the locals do and all that............! Remember very little if anything has changed since we made the decision to buy in TH.

I agree fully with you.No point in trying to sell until  some Houses and Golf course (First nine) are built.Thats when you'll see your profit.

From day 1 it was clear this one would require plenty of patience.

anyone looked recently on the grupo trampolin site? New photographs showing the building process. These are groundworks but they have made major progress since I was there in January.

Today, I was informed that the construction may well start in the near future. TH have also informed me that the 1st nine golf holes will be in place by the end of the year.

Certainly hope so!

...is anyone selling Campos del Rio Resort??????? This HAS to be TH Golf Resort!!!!!!!... any thoughts welcome!

this does not look like TH to me as there are rustic fincas for sale with olive groves etc for a price of 2.2 million euros

Campos del rio has other developments taking place now the town is growing and growing.

Oh!... yes... but... in the text you can read: It is totally urbanized and Golf Camp finished.

Are there any other development with a totally constructed Golf Camp?

This could be anybody riding on the back of Trampolin Hills, it may well be TH themselves, but i doubt it. If they were promoting this development, they would have it emblazoned on roadside hoardings and also on their web site. I can concur with Gerry, when he says that  Campos del Rio is 'growing and growing'. The last time I visited, I couldn't get over the vast number of new builds in the town. 

Unfortunately they dug up the wonderful cave dwellings on the far side of the town to make way for a new roundabout. I'm not an eco-warrior by any stretch, but I cannot condone nor understand the Spanish mentality with regard to heritage and culture. There are also numerous windmills along the coastal region of Murcia, in a bad state of repair. I know that if most other European countries possessed these gems, they would preserve them in all their splendor. What a pity! 

This all looks promising (finally).

Trampolin pushing ahead further with the groundworks appears to indicate a positive decision on 'urbanization zoning' expected shortly with attendant issue of Building Licences.

I for one will be delighted when all the gloom and doom merchants are finally silenced.

Maybe they will just move on to undermining another development!!

When we last wednt to the town of campos del rio and asked about TH the locals were going on about a much better resort being built. I in itially thought they were sending me to an estate agent in the town but the offices were purely for a new resort I think it was called campos del murcia it was defin etly not TH sorry cant be of any more help and now showing my little knowledge of spanish i tried to get onto that web site but i couldnt go anyfurther as it was all in spanish

The information I wrote about is maybe another big resort for the little village of Campos del Rio... no licences of course!

I have just looked at that website, it looks more barren than TH .  Did you notice that they have named two of their houses the same as TH, Grenada and Alhambra, surely just a coincidence?? or maybe not.  The plot thickens hopefully we should get  some more in fo  soon

it is worth looking at the grupotrampolin web site building progress as it shows cranes (not birds) being erected on site. Looks very promising!!!

Can someone please tell me exactly how to find the building progress photos on  Groupo Trampolin as I have searched and cannot find any new photos.
