Another link that shows that the airport at Corvera has a runway running SW to NE (or NE to SW, depending on which way your plane is facing!). Planes taking off towards the NE would have to bank to the East and follow the C3319 out towards San Javier to fly over San Cayetano.
Looking at the Michelin 123 Zoom map of Costa Blanca, the site of the airport looks to be about 20Km from San Cayetano as the crow flies, so I think the planes will be high enough up not to cause a problem, even if they do fly overhead.
