Not sure why this information is important pokrok and I´m not sure how accurate any answers will be.
What is for certain is that all apartments are now ready for completion and anyone who has paid a deposit to secure a property and has not yet completed is being charged interest on a daily basis by Penarroya which will be added on the day of completion at the Notary. I only learned of this yesterday. Thankfully I have been working hard to complete for the past few months and hope to complete very soon.
Anyone who is waiting for an occupation licence before completing is likely to be waiting for a long time and will incurr massive interest penalties from Penarroya in the process. As I posted some months ago, my advice is to complete, if at all possible, in any way you can, to secure your investment.
