wealth tax abolished from january this year

Hi , new to forum.

Thinking of buying on Condado de Alhama,not sure what agent to use spoke to Hed to the Med, Villa Cashback,Sunseeker Homes all three are golden partners and also spanish golf resorts who give you 3000 euro cash back.

Not sure were to by on site, not many units left on jardines that have good positions.Thinking of jardines in Los Naranjos and also penthouses frontline.La Isla on the island would be something different maybe. Also EL Mirador, any info would be nice, to use for weekends and rental.

I would recomend you contact our agent Kevin at Dream coast homes   - they are straight, courteous and exceptionally helpful

They are also very tight with Polaris UK and we went to the Polaris UK London office and met the commercial director before we signed up  - they are on the web

another thing,make sure ur speakers are on there are a few good tunes aswell on the website

if you go  through leddingalvinoverseas.com you automatically receive free lifetime membership of the management company they have set up which is called condadodealhamarentals.com.  im certain they will pay all ur expenses including taxis hotels and flights for ur trip to condado to view it....or if you want them to drive u around down there they will organize it....a friend of mine used them to purchase a 2 bed in naranjos jardin 4 and they paid just over 1200 euro back to him to cover his costs after he signed up
