our solicitor did ours and he didnt put amarion 111 on because it aint built he said he could put any on and change it after but i dont know what address he put on

Jamrock thanks for that info, can you just go and get an original copy then (then you  have a spare if you still have original) that could be really useful to have another one just in case!!

Cheers all, still not made a move yet,trying to get time to go to Benalmadena office, but been really busy working with all the flood damage in Hull that needs putting right!

Hi everyone i have been on phone to urbasa today and spoke to ainhoa

she told me my contract was up, so i have told her i want to cancel and i have give it to her in writing today, So now we will have to see were we go from here

she did say they are starting work in september but i forgot to ask her which year, they dont have any builders yet but looking on the bright side ainhoa didnt mind chatting to us and she didnt fob me off
