.. It's all yours Jim. Enjoy!!
People are able to read my posts and make their own judgements. I do not gloat over peoples misfortunes. you are getting desperate now Jim. Your bad mouthing of me is slanderous and you show yourself up to be a very sad (pathetic) person. I'd be very surprised if anyone would trust you.
I'll watch this space with interest. This message was last edited by Tish on 7/2/2007.

Jim -
It would be most helpful if you elaborated.
If we contact our lawyers as you advise, what are we supposed to say as you do not say what the 'great urgency' is?
Thanking you in anticipation of your swift reply, considering the great urgency.

How sad you have let pettiness interfere with being informative on this forum.
Your post may well cause worry and stress now to purchasers who do not understand why you made such a post. Or was that your intention?
This is a forum to help people with information, not play games.
I know that the developer is sending letters demanding purchasers complete by a certain date otherwise they will start court proceedings. If this is what you are referring to I don't see the need to worry as the legal status of Green Hills is still that of being 'illegal'. No-one is obliged to complete on a development with a suspended building licence.
Or do you know something different? If so, then why not be helpful to the forum and share the information?

Quote Jim: Thought this was just a thread but after reading it again it appears I am banned anyway from E.O.S which just makes a mockery out of the whole sence of having a forum for owners and future owners.

Jim - you say "the developer threatening legal action is not the issue as he cant do that" - but am afraid he is doing just that. Obviously as you have completed, you would not have received one of these letters.
I ask you again to please elaborate on this apparent latest information you have. I know of one purchaser (an elderly lady) who has been made extremely upset and worried by your posts of yesterday. I have contacted my lawyer, and he really has no idea what this informaton you have is.

Hi B,
A few people have completed on Green Hills. The last figure I heard was 27 out of a possible 196. There may have been a few more , I don't know. We visited in June and it was clear that most appartments are empty. The grounds are maturing nicely at the front but the bottom at the back looks neglected. Two palm trees were dead.

I was at the AGM representing our clients and found the meeting very positive, the administration team really knew what they were talking about and those of us there walked away feeling confident of the future. We were advised that the property developer is in negotiation with the town hall ref: the licence and that it wasn´t a matter of getting one it was how much the developer would have to pay as a fine either in cash or land.
There is currently a back log at the Town Hall of licences being issued but the admin team were confident that the urbanisation would get one it was just a question of when.
If anyone has a property there they would like to rent long term please contact me as we are getting lots of enquiries, as of the 19/07/07 there were 32 properties completed out of 192
I hope this helps
Regards
Yvette
