I have been offered the same property through Smart Investor Services. I would like to know if they are a scam or not ?

I cannot see the Malva on any of the searches I have done ?

The best advice I can offer is to contact san jose direct and ask about this type of property

I have never heard of this type of property don't know whether anyone else has ?

Ask this company to send you details before you part with any cash

You can buy an azucena and make it into 3 beds if you want and they are about  E129000 you can get them direct from san jose

that is if you don't want to spend the extra 24,000 which would do all your extras on the azucena

go and have a look at the piso piloto (showhouses)

Whatever you decide let us all have a look at the floor layout if you are buying one (it could be one of my hobbies looking in new houses)

No the 3 bed version is far to small I looked at one in campamore in August  best option if you need it is a sofa bed

I spoke to San Jose and can confirm the 3 bed semi-detatched "Malva" is exclusive to the investment company. They are to be built by San Jose to the same standard and specification as their other designs and will be complete end 2008.

I will be taking an inspection visit on the 21st of Oct and will post my pictures on www.santaanadelmonte.co.uk  and comments on the message board.

With the new Corvera airport scheduled for mid 2008, the improved infrastructure (new rail link between Murcia and Madrid), the two golf course, hotel, equestrian centre etc etc and the holistic approach to the development it must be worth a "flutter". Sorry to sound like a Salesman but I've been looking for such a development for some time and this fits the bill.
