Diesal Van Wanted

Hi, I have purchased a 2+2 B&B, off plan in phase 4, due for completion in June 07.

I have made some enquires regarding approx' price for selling as I do not want to complete but rather sell it on. Has any body got an approximation of selling price.

I have been told 250 - 290K by one party and 200K by another.

Does anyone have information on this

A lot depends on location as in what floor is it located ground and 3rd floor  are normally more costly to buy than the 1st or 2nd floors.Also what view you have from the apartment golf/mountain,is it south facing etc.We purchased on the ground floor with a large tiled terrace area which was dearer than the standard size.Hope this helps
