I am in DV as we speak. I spoke yesterday directly with gerardo and today with Rosa. Both very helpful ,but quite obviously, have slightly different perspective on things.
Gerardo is keen to get things sorted but as an employee of Ros Y Falcon, I feel sees the issues as belonging to the community. I also feel he doesn't take his presidential duties to heart. An example is that he refuses to email in English even though he is more than adequate and according to Rosa he has declined the invitation to attend the informal meeting on 2nd.
Anyway the sad news from Rosa is that the pools are still closed and will remain so until the latest modification required by licensing authority is completed. She doesn't know yet what that is so cannot say whether they will be open for easter. She has advised RYF of how this will be received and perhaps that is why Gerardo is not attending. Also planters on stairways are the responsibit of community to fill not RYF accorfing to Gerardo.
Steve. In response to security point. It will be upto us what security we want. What is provided at moment is overnight secuirity but when the builders leave will we want 24 hour? That we can decide The paddle courts are now being dug up so the repair must be underway. They have been cleaning the green matting also. Regards
