Don't know if you saw our response under Atlas, but we bought from Luz del Sol in May 2004.  Service has been none existant and no updates at all.

Hi Rosemary,

I couldn't agree more, they constantly blame Masa for lack of imformation. I have spoken to Belinda at Camposol a few times and she has tried to help but she seems to know less than us. I told her about this web site  a year ago and she said there was more info on it then she had ever been told. I had an email from Grupo Masa two days ago saying the handover would be "soon"
