Im in block 38 phase 2, any one else in there ?

If so any ideas on realistic completion date.

We are in Block 39, Phase 2.  We were told by our solicitor last week that the paperwork, including Licence of First Occupation SHOULD be ready by the end of August.  However, reading other threads, it would seem more likely for our Block to complete in October(ish) as there still seems to be a fair bit of work to be done yet.

We have not been given confirmation of an inspection date, although we did receive an estimated date of early July.  The rule of thumb seems to be completion occurs 4 to 6 weeks after inspection.  We will see!

We are in Block 38.  We visited the site this week and spoke to Key Mare aftersales.  They dont have any firm dates for us yet, but indictaed that they are aiming for completion at the end of September.

Work is still being carried out on the Block.   From what we could see it still needs to have the windows put in.

Thanks for that info . Ive got flights booked at the end of Oct as I thought I would be safe then . How was the development looking last week ?

Theres still some work to do on Phase 2.  Our block needs the windows and some fitting out I expect.  Also the central area needs to be finished off with the walkways, grass etc.  Our lawyer has spoken to Key Mare and they are still saying September completion. 

I've posted some photos of Block 38 (1 August).

Thanks for posting the pics of Block 38. We are MGW911 in Block 39, is that shown in your pics, if not do you know if it is in the same state?

I think Block 39 is to the left of Block 38.  If so then it is in the foreground of picture 2 of the Batch of 3 I uploaded.  It looks like it is at the same stage as Block 38.

First of all, many thanks for the photos and for your info about communal areas etc.

We have just looked at our site map of Phase 2 which shows the numbers of each block.  From the site map, it looks as if block 39 is to the right of block 38.  If we are correct, it looks from your photos as if our windows are in, although there still seems quite a lot of work to be done.

We are in block 39, so will be neighbours.
