I don't know if you have been updated since you posted your query. I live in Block 9 and 10,11 & 12 still don't seem to be lived in although the developers have moved out now & they've cleaned the pool so hopefully we'll see more people moving in soon.

Hi Mary,

we didn't qualify for the 600euro deal as we put our deposit down a couple of years ago (i think only the first 3 or 4 blocks were being finished at that time).  I understand this deal was introduced 6 - 8 months ago to help sell the remaining apts.  Hope this is of help.

Folks,

We took occupancy of our flat in block 10 last month (August).  It was an experience,  that's all I will say.  We are totally delighted with our flat and look forward to spending every minute we can there.  We met several of our neighbours and I think the blocks will fill up.  The grounds are still establishing but I think next year when the plants are up, we have sun beds round the pool (and maybe a BBQ) it will take some effort to get me to leave.
