The 5* Sol Melia hotel & spa is now well underway with the build. The massive and impressive club house should be up and running in Oct07. HDA are keen to get all the hotel footings and earth moved before the opening of the clubhouse. The clubhouse will be one of the smartest in spain and is huge inside! (ok i sneaked in for a peek when the builders were not around - very very impressive.

All the local English / Spanish press are running stories on HDA being the sales success of the year! Given the new club house, hotel, shops and Spanish Village etc, future and current investments on HDA look very secure. At last - some good news!

Work is well underway with the Hotel & Spa. I have been on site and was really impressed with the speed they are moving with both the hotel & spa. Next door the hotel is already being fitted out and looks one of the best I have seen in Spain.

I read a report last week that HDA are already planning major championships and the none proffesional solheim cup is being held there this year.
