Barcelona beach?

Hi everyone

We are new to posting but have been members of this forum since last year.  We bought an apartment in the Luz on the top floor last year & have been over a few times since.  This site is great for information but our Luz forum is very quite!

Are any of you on the commitee or can anyone put me in touch with one of them?

hi this forum is very quiet, i have bought an apartment in phase 3 has everybody else on the forum knows,so with your question i cant help you,but like to say hello my name is tricia and my husband is dave,we have just booked our christmas holiday it seems early to book, but christmas is just around the corner, and we are going out to almoradi.so if anyone knows how cold it is in december and january please let us know.I hope someone comes back to answer your question soon. tricia

A kind member sent me a private message with info on - thanks again.

As for the weather in dec & jan - our friends spent christmas in our apartment & it was warm in the day but cold at night.

We have recently come back from Almoradi & were really impressed with the progression of phase 3 since feb.  The windows & balcony doors were fitted, the rendering was going on & they were even starting to paint the outside.  Phase 4 is still concrete but phase 3 has really come along in just a few months.  When are you looking to complete?

 

Hi we where out in almoradi in june and we thought the building had gone up quick.completion date is jan 08 we have been told by the builders that phase 3 we be april i cant see that,we have just booked for a month at christmas 15 12 07 till 14 12 08 we really love almoradi.tricia,dave
