I have been informed by a friend in block 6 that a notice has been posted saying the electricity from the builders will be cut off 10 August and after ringing the electricity company they say they need access to each property to re install electricity.I have tried 5 times today to ring them and keep getting cut off. Our solicitors and the site office are closed for the holidays. Does anybody out there know anything about this. My contacts have already been cut off.

I had the same problem. I got in touch with Aifos of all people, and a bloke called gregor on number 0034678485496 was very helpfull, He emailed me over the copy of the boletin for the electric and also a copy of the 1st occupational licence, you will also need your passport number and your Spanish bank details. Then call this number 0034 902 509 509.

I was out there this week and they switched the electricity over on the 8th not the 10th. They do need access to the property. Your solicitors can do it failing that you will need copy of deeds and bolletin for both water and electricty.
