Hi All,

We have a ground floor apartment in block 21 and we absolutely love it, apart from one thing.......!  There is a grassed area immediately joining our terraces, but after that we have a patch of awful prickly plants [rosemary?], which are very unattractive.  These are just around the top end of our little community, outside blocks 21 & 22. Does anyone know how we can have them changed for some pretty flowering plants, or even better, have the area turfed, so that our small grandchildren can get to the pool without having to navigate through this wilderness? We do have paths on either side of our apartment, but children being children would prefer to take the direct route to the pool!  We have approached Customer Services, who contacted Calidonia Green, but we haven't been able to get anything done. Any suggestions would be gratefully received. Thank you   Jenny

Can you not say what you want to say without being offensive? Just take a deep breath, count to ten, be calm and say what is upsetting you. Heaven knows there is enough at Roda Golf to drive you crazy……….but then again, when you walk round the place and see what they have done in 30 months its quite amazing.

We also have the same problem on faze 2 block 50 with the rosemary plants next to the pool. They need to be taken out and reseeded with grass.

The other problem we have is there are no steps down to the pool which makes access dangerous especially after the sprinklers have been on.

Has any forum member the contact person who looks after the gardens etc. ???
