DRIVERS! - Don't get nicked!

Just wondering if anyone has any information on the balance of our community fees?

I know that roda were to pay for the properties that were vacant.  I have noticed that there are lots of properties up for sale (have they paid their community fees etc?)

I would hate to be paying for the upkeep of properties who haven't paid their fees.  Maybe if the management company could release some figures to us we could see for ourselves.  It makes me very reluctant to pay any more until I receive more feedback.

Any thoughts?

Hi

A mate of mine who owns a place in CDS told me that you can't sell a property with community fee arears but up until the point that you want to sell it is difficult to chase outstanding monies. Thinking about it who's responsibility is it to do so?
