Upon returning to the development this morning, I noticed that the Local nearest the roundabout of Manzana 2 is in the process of being refurbished and fitted out to be used commercially. It appears that the Local has been bought and completed by a third party investor and that a business will open there as soon as work is completed.
This is the most blatant example yet that I can give to support the fact that it is entirely possible to complete with the paperwork that already being supplied by the developer and that the development as a whole is growing in a positive direction.

Do you mean Local as in a shop? if so that is a real bonus to all. You must have your ear to the ground to know that much info about the purchaser - tell us more! What is it going to be?

Just come back from a lovely week's stay in the sun. I was speaking to one of the residents who said that the new shop/bar is due to open by the end of the year. They also said it was Andy - as in Andy's Bar at Cabopino - behind the new venture. Anyway it deserves to succeed so long as the prices are reasonable

Just got back from a long weekend in La Reserva. Thinks are begining to look more positive, Andy's minmarket is great, The bar next door to Andy's is due to be opening soon and the new restaurant/bar at the bottom is great. All this can only be good for all of us. We should all try and support these as you know the saying "Use it or Loose it"! I wish all of them every success.

In reply to 'johnone' I live in Amatista, La Reserva and am approx equal distance from Open Cor and Andys. Give or take it's 3 minutes apx to drive to either one.
Open Cor has a far better selection of product. However I wish the 'small' operator the very best and hope those who live in the 'Manzana' complex are able to support Andys.
Good to see a bit of retail activity iin the Manzana complex at last.
Happy Xmas to one and all from Sunny (25 deg) Orlando.
