Spanish police action against Urbasa and Palmera Properties.

As I live in Jacarilla which is quite close to Almoradi, I have got an ear to the ground. Last week I was talking to a Spanish friend about Amarion 111, and lo and behold his relative sold the ground that Amarion 111 is built on toGrupo Urbasa, however he states that his relative has not yet been paid by Urbasa for the ground.

I was speaking to another English friend who is an estate agent and he suggested the  a possible solution was to bring Civil action against both Palmera properties and Grupo Urbasa by letting the  Spanish police know of the situation . He said that theSpanish police regard this type of situation as fraud and come down quite heavily on the people who are responsible for the fraud.

I emphasise that nothing can be done against both Palmera and Urbasa until the end of the building contract which is the end of October 2007.

I am investigating how to bring the police into this and have discovered so far that the any action has got to be initiated by the Spanish police in Almoradi.

I am trying to arrange a meeting with the Alcade ( lord mayor) of Almoradi as he is the person responsible for the local police, however it is quite hard to arrange as I have also got to arrange for a interpreter to accompany me to the Alcades office and marrying both set of times up is quite difficult.

As regards to an interpreter we know a lot of people in the area who can speak Spanish who im sure would help out just pm me if I can be of assistance .

We know of an excellent interpreter called  Helen who works for the English people in Almoradi when they need the police I will pm her phone number to you she isalso aware of the Amarion 111 situation

is it worth going down this road  ?

we have watched programmes on tv and if they dont own the land aparently it can be pulled down

i personally think we should still wait for the contract ending
