Well we,r still here and geting nowhere , this website seems to have gone quiet and have not heard of any completions on Angel for a while, we,v spoken to both G.V.A and OVP and got nowhere other than being told that we,r on the list to complete !

We are beginning to think we should have a reality check and consider whether we ever will!

Is there anyone out there that has recently completed we would very much like to hear from you,

Hi Rob & Jac,

Ask your lawyer to contact Aifos direct. We didn't deal with the agents after the deposit was paid and contract signed. I signed in  July on Block 3. There doesn't appear to be any builders on site so I expect all the apartments are finished.

Hi, we've just returned from furnishing our apartment a few weeks ago after completing in July. While I was there I saw at least few other people setting up also, so it seems things are moving forward if only very slowly.

I must say I'm very pleased with the apartment and after some minor decorating and cleaning I feel that it is now 1st class.

I purchased a property in Tenerife 7 years ago and have just sold it. When I first setup there the site was left in a similar shape to this one. However 2 years down the line it looked fantastic. These sites need time to mature and management comitees setup only then will the true potential of site be realised.

Angel de miraflores is a big development so if run correctly the Community fees should be low yet still have a large chest to draw from. With some TLC and imagination it will be a great holiday destination.

Hi Everyone

 

Yes we completed last week ,We have instructed Mirabel from Alhamar Decoration to furnish our apartment,she is also arranging security grills to all windows and doors as well as supplying and fitting all white goods,tv,curtains  etc She is very helpful  and does furniture packages for a two bed from 3,300 euro,s

The complex is starting to look really good and we are delighted with the position,although the apartment could have been a little bigger.

Hi everyone,

We were just wondering whether the property any of you  bought through OVP was named Los Millares de Miraflores when you bought it.  Ours was and is now obviously part of Angel de Miraflores.!!!! I wonder what happened to the name we bought under??? By the way - still haven't completed and GVA tell us that they are on the case!!  Still also haven't heard from anyone who has completed in block 7.  Has anybody had any luck in this block?

Hi Everyone

 Just wondering if anybody got any good news to report.

BE nice to hear something positive we've heard that it might all be going through soon

but after 4years of hearing this we are starting to get a little bit doubtful but AY HO lets keep hopeing.

 

 

Returned saturday 28th after 8 days staying in our apt. block 2. Workmen working round the complex - lady brushing away items workmen are leaving! Lots of ground has been cleared of dead grass/ bushes etc that were on the perimeter path. Other than - once again nice holiday (part from the rain). Lots of apts up for sale on the complex - not known whether due to the negative comments on this and other sites OR just wanting to make a quick buck !!j
