Properties are being handed over starting this month so all prospective Haciendans will be looking forward to getting feedback on the resort from all you lucky owners completing shortly.

Lets keep this thread going and hope that the majority of posts are positive.  We've waited for the dream for a long time now.

We are due to complete on 26th of Oct.We committed originally in Feb.the latest phots look good.Fingers crossed.

We are on phase 2 and have been given a completion date of 17th november. Has anyone else on Phase 2 got a completion date?

Just back from snagging & completing. Blue sky in November, temps in the high 60s low 70s and no pullovers. Thats what we signed up for!

QPM did the snagging which was relatively painless and completion was a doddle. The only real issue we had was with the lack of shutters in the lounge but that has been well documented elsewhere. Electricity meter already connected and water/gas expected shortly.

Stayed on LT which was a great experience. Tapas and Italian restaurants very good and staff friendly.

The views from the apartment terrace were good but all you could see through the golf course was other properties. Went to EV for a look and once again, properties are very close to one another.

Nothing like that at HR. We benefit from being an apartment only complex. Its not going to be as commercial as LT and for us that's a bonus.

Resort looks absolutely great with a good feeling of space and being in the hills means the views are stunning. The view from our balcony goes from the 11th green, through the Hacienda and over to the reclining lady. That's got some of you thinking but you can try to find her when you are next over!!

Work on the missing blocks appears to be progressing well and the areas are well fenced off and protected. Access to the bottom of the resort is still not possible.

Latest news on the course was that they want to open all 18 holes early in the new year. How early, only time will tell.

All in all, looking forward to getting back in Jan to start benefitting from the long wait.
