the price you have paid for your apartments, i am hoping you have all saved up you will need around 10,000 to 15,000 pounds extra for all your bits and bats
iva tax, notary, solicitor ect 
i thought i was ok but you need the cash seperatly, i had to get a bit of a loan on top of the mortgage to pay towards these fee,s everything turned out ok in the end but i just thought i should let you all know
i would,nt like any of you guys to get stuck at the end after waiting all this time
