Just come back from a short visit to La Torre. 

Can confirm construction on Terrazaz has now started. Although I could not find a way to get to close  I could clearly see there are several blocks already two levels high. Must be at least 40 cranes on site.

Spoke to any English guy at the Polaris World offices and seems to think Phase 1 should be complete in about 15 months.
