We have a one bedroom apartment at Los Lagos and want to know what other owners feel about the height of the balcony walls. They are just too high to see over if you're sitting on the balconies - which is a great shame as the view is one of the benefits of the development. We've noticed that one apartment owner has already gone ahead and dealt with this problem by reducing the balcony wall height by about a foot and placing a dark green horizontal rail along the top so that the view is not obscured.
This is in keeping with the development's overall look and is similar to the walls at other developments near by - eg Los Terrazes which is opposite.

We could probably get a better rate from a reputable builder if most of us wanted to to it.
