Hi all
When Wendy and I were out a couple of weeks ago I met Bali the owner / manager of the restaurant and quick mart supermarket that is going on M15.
Really nice person but he is a business man who will not open either until there are a substantial amount of people permanently on site, the number he mentioned was around 40 to 50 properties occupied.
He is toying with the idea of Indian tapas on the upper level and the supermarket below.
There were people wiring television cabling along the streets but I am led to believe that this will only provide the basic Spanish TV channels; we will need to find out if there will be a cable system providing English channels.
Tony, I will be having a drink with Bill on Friday any messages for him, by the way your window bars were installed while we were there, nice.
Walked the golf course a couple of times and it will be something special but looking around it will be at least 6 months before 9 holes will be ready.
There were some flash floods and the drainage seemed to work well on m15 getting rid of the water.
Out again mid Nov to hopefully turn the power on.
I took someone’s advice and went to Big Mats for marble chippings; turned up with the wrong color (our fault) took it away again and redelivered the next day, excellent service, cost 500 euros for 5 bags and the membrane.
Fingers getting sore now see you all soon.
John & Wendy
