Anybody bringing children to Perelaja ?

Our reason of asking is that we havent made up our mind to buy here or La Manga Club ? We have two boys 19 and 5 and some company for them would be nice ?  

We have two boys age 17 and 14. We only intend to use as a holiday home. They are also coming to the open weekend.

We have two boys aged 10 and 8 who are both keen golfers.We intend to use peraleja as holiday home and if eveything goes to plan we would spend part of most hols there.Would be great to have other children for them to meet up with so we are hoping there will be some.We arent going to open weekend as we already had something on but do intend to be there for New Year(providing our house is finished)

Janey, I think you're very optimistic to think you will have completed, furnished and decorated by Christmas. If I were you I'd probably work on Easter. If you manage it however, can we come and stay in your spare room???

you are so right -it is totally unrealistic.When we went in October there was an awful lot to do in three months.They have however said in an e-mail that it will be ready so we are carrying on as though it will be (whilst also thinking about where else we might stay as we have already booked flights for 27th).Furniture wise ,things  will be very basic ,beds and not much else.We are planning another quick trip before Christmas to see what else we can sort out .I hope its  not as late as Easter  though as Im planning Feb half term there!
