It may be interesting to find out the snags we all have in common.
We are waiting for glass to be replaced in one of the patio windows. And we had plaster coming off the walls from a leak up above us. The socket high up in the bathroom was not connected to the mains. The security lock which you can turn on the main door does not work as the metal keeper is bent.
The grouting in the patio has much of it coming out.
One thing that has alarmed me about the design of the apartments is the lack of drainage. The small drains are not enough to let the water get away fast enough. We have had on several occassions had to remove the central plastic plug to help the rain get away faster.
In fact if we had not been in Spain at the time several apartments which we look after would have been flooded.
They dont seem to have thought about rain much. Hence the yellow streaks down the walls where water has just run off one patio to the next beneath.
Think this is something to be brought up at the meeting otherwise the the painting job is going to be much like the Forth Bridge.
We will be permanently living with painters!
Each walkway or patio should have its water directed down the stairs at least not down the walls of the apartments.
