Transporting a Motorbike

Im in block 38 and awaiting completion we were hoping to stay in our appartment from late Oct to early Nov . The only completion date Ive been able to get is some time in October. Anyone have any exact dates for this block yet ?

Same for us I'm afraid.  Originally quoted from the after sales team end September, but I wouldn't be surprised if it drifted into November. 

(We are still waiting on our inpection visit)

hello,

I just had Ursula from Keymare on the phone and she told me that blocks  1 - 15 and blocks 37 - 43 were the only ones still waiting to complete. Apparantly the responsable person on this matter is on holiday and will be back next Monday. She promised me to get back to me on Tuesday with some more news (hopefully positive!). I will ask her if she knows anything more about block 38 and let you know.

I am staying at Thallassa until tomorrow and can tell you that block 38 is far from finished.  However, the interior seems to be tiled and painted, but the lights are not fitted, the whole place needs a lot of cleaning, white goods, air con, furniture etc.  Personally I think that it will be some weeks before blocks 37 to 41 are complete.  I'm in Block 39 so you will probably complete before me!

The good news is that the infrastructure is coming on very well and it is less of a building site than I anticipated.

Just returned from thallassa last night, we are in block 37, and it still looks like a building site inside the apartments, they have been tiled and painted, but no electrics in yet or any white goods have been fitted, keymare informed us that it will possibly be the end of october or november for the courtesy visit, and they will try and complete at the same time as the visit,  again the infrastrucure is looking really good and we are pleased with the progress so far. Keymare have said that the delay is due to these blocks having lifts installed and their is a likely delay due to signing the lifts off, health and safety stuff i believe. But it will be worth the wait it is a good development and appears highly recommended in the area, and the average temp was about 29c while we were their. and the sea was great.  will put some pics on later.

Not sure who will complete first, make your own mind up when you have seen the photos. it looks like block 37 and 38 share the same lift, so your guess is as good as mine, the picture with the workmen on is 37/38

Has any one looked into the question of compensation, becasuse the completion date has been delayed?  I seem to remember that KM had an obligation to complete within three months
