If anyone else gets one of these "bills", it is not a bill, it is a receipt for payment.

The phrase - "Entrega a cuenta por la compra de los inmuebles" which appears on the page

translates to

"Installment of account for the purchase of real estate" & it relates to the initial reservation deposit of 6000 Euros less credit card charges.

I knew that Spanish dictionary would come in handy!!!

We received two Conceptos this morning for myself and my husband.  These two added together represent the sum we paid when we signed the contract back in May.  Did not get anywhere trying to translate the word on the internet spanish dictionary but think they are receipts.  Have just spoken to MRI and they confirm its similar to a receipt !!

If you check the 2 posts below, you will see that there is no need to contact MRI, Key Mare or solicitor as this is quite clearly a receipt rather than a request for payment.
