We were advised to go for the highest level. Sorry can't remember how much that was but if you have got the form issued by Key Mare then that should point you in the right direction.

It was recommended as it will support more electrical appliances being used at the same time than the lower levels.

You should have had 2 forms from Key Mare to complete in order to get the electricity & water connected prior to completion.

The electricity form gave 3 choices of connection level the highest of which was just over 200 euros I think. There was no price given for the water connection.

Some of you may be interested to know that we have just received our first electricity bill. We were in our duplex for 5 weeks from 2 July  - AC on etc.  The bill is for 45 euros.

Excellent news on the utility charge at least something is reasonable.... was the ACon on full time in the apartment.

1) ELECTRIC AND WATER, i CAN EMAIL FORMS IF REQUIRED AND GIVE CONTACT NAME AT kEYMARE. SEND PM.

2) ELECTRIC METER READINGS. DID YOU GET AN METER READING WITH YOUR BILL.? EVENTUALLY YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO CHECK BY GETTING A KEY TO THE METER BOX FROM THE ADMINISTRATORS OFFICE THAT WILL BE ON SITE.
