Renault Express Combi For Sale...

We have been told that our apartment in block 40 is finally completed, but as yet have not had confirmation of this from key Mare.

Is there anyone else competing in this block or adjacent blocks.

We dont think that we will be able to get out to the development until just after the start of January.

We are in Block 39 and have been told by KM to expect to be invited for the courtesy visit at the end of this month or beginning of December.  We have told KM that as we have been mucked about by them regarding visits we will not be going out or completing this year.  Once we have a firm invitation from KM we will decide when it is convenient for us to go out to Thallassa.

Who told you that Block 40 was complete? is the furniture in yet?

We were told via e report from Parador. We have had no confimation from Key Mare as yet.

Like you we feel messed around by them and would prefer to complete in February. As far as I understand we are out of contract and could pullout without penalty. We have considered this route but having waited this long it may not be in our best long term interest.

Let me know if you here any developments.

I will check out Bloque 40 for you tonight, and see if the furniture is in place.

Just wait a while whilst I don my balaclava and gloves................don't want to be caught on camera or leave my fingerprints!!!!

Bloque 40 has furniture in place, although unwrapped!

The air-con outdoor compressors have not been fitted yet, and there appears to be a problem with some of the kitchen units, (possible leak, so replacement necessary), or so it seems!

Other than that, the grass is laid and growing, and looking lush (if you have a ground-floor apartment that is!)

Should there be any further developments, then I will keep you informed.
