Sorry but maybe i missed something here.
when is the Community meeting scheduled for
and 
when can we expect Community fees to start

I don't think a date has  been communicated yet, other than the 15th Sept which didn't go ahead.  

Once you have completed, Seasun will contact you to set up the payment for the community fees.

I do have the details  for contacting them but not with me at the moment - they are also on a thread on here I think.

If you haven't already joined Andrew Ramptons email list, I would suggest that you do, as we get a  lot of information through him, including what the  charges are going to be. he posts on here as Ramps & all he needs is your name, email address & apartment number.

I have not seen his thread. However I have a copy of the rules of this site. it is as follows.

I support Noreen join the email list that Ramps has formulated,it is an excellent means of communication and is preferable and direct ,I also use PM,s ,but I like the community spirit that has been formed by Andy.
No-one posts their email address on the open forum a personal PM to Ramps suffices.
