Apartment Insurance for Jimena

Hi folks

I have been quoted house insurance of 350 euros per year + life insurance of 325 euros per year on a corner 3 bed apartment - is this consistent with everyone else or am I getting fleeced?

Hi

I was quoted 283 euros for house and contents through my solicitor with a Spanish based insurer

I then went to a British based company who specialise overseas and seem to get a good write up on other forums called Intasure and after having a good honest chat about things i.e. rebuild values and realistic contents have got a quote of £109 per annum with a £150 excess.

BTW my solicitor has opened a bank account for me to set up direct debits with a bank called Cajasur even though I already had an acccount in Spain with Halifax. Does anyone deal with Cajasur and know anything about them, do have they a branch in the village.
