OUR PETITION TO DOWNING STREET

kathy and Loz Elliott: First post on this web site. Me and my husband are buying an apartment at Formentara . Our property details are BRISAS DEL MAR 2  ,  MAR Y SOL , Block 1. Is there any body out there that is buying an apartment in the same block as us? Can any body let us know how this building is going . We have been given the heads up that it is nearly complete. The last time we were over it was just waste ground with lots of builders buzzing about erecting other buildings in and around the place.

Hi Kath welcome to the Brisas del mar  site, when were you last over? as the Brisas Del Mar ll block is almost completed,there are now bars and a supermarket under the apartments, t am sure you will hear more from buyers in your block, us brisas del mar l ers will have to wait until next year between may to oct to complete.Regards Pat.

Kathy and Loz Elliott : Thanks for dropping us both a line. We were last over in October 2006. Husband doesnt like flying but will put up with it for me. However it didnt help when we flew last time because  we had just taken off from manchester airport when the plane was hit by lightening and the engines for a brief second lost power. It helps to know that we now have a bar under the apartment . If that plane journey ever happens again it may come in useful if you know what I mean.

The photos look great. It really has changed since we were last in Spain.We cant wait to get there and start enjoying the place and hope to meet new friends.

Welcome to the site, it is amazing how the development is coming along.  We were out there a couple of weeks ago and the Brisas Del Mar II is certainly nearing completion.  Were very excited with how the development is coming along and always look forward to the photo updates, we have purchased in the Brisas Del Mar I.

A very warm welcome to both Kathy & Loz and Lisa & Brian. Just like Sharon and Pat, we too are in Brisas del Mar 1. Thats the building facing the Liffy Pub etc.

I can safely say that we are all very pleased with our purchases so far !!!!  The building quality is good and the area is even better. We are all addicted to photo

updates on this website so the more people taking photos the better !!!!!!!!!!
