My question
Have our electric installation been isolation tested? What voltage and time?
Have the pipes been pressure tested? What pressure and time?

Electric meters, phone info from Kristina
"Iberola will install electric meters in phase 2 lot 34 to 53 the 11th of December. They need access to the houses in order to install a main switch. All the owners will be contacted by mail. "
I forgot to ask if the power will be cut off if not the meters can be installed. I guess it will be as the builders meter will be taken away.

Thank you for sharing information with us. We appreciate you posting the information you have gleaned from Villamartin. Their website is a joke. They don't understand customer service or reasonable communication.

Hi All
I understand that Villamartin (Grupoquara S.A.) are threatening to sue people who post information from letters they have received on the Internet.
I am not sure how they can prevent this but appreciate people's reluctance to test this out. In the meantime I am happy to be advised directly by email icwright@cawsystems.com as along with everyone elses I am concerned about lack of progress and "customer service" from Quara as a whole although some individuals seem to be doing there best to provide what service they can.
Last time I accused them of stating unthuths (incorrect statements) I was told that the person involved would no longer correspond with me and I would have to talk to the legal department, which I am considering.
Apart from the standard Quara aggro we enjoyed a pleasant week from Boxing Day to New Years Day in our villa at plot 13.

ELECTRIC METERS
On wednesday afternoon, January 9, a fuse will be installed in the houses 54 to 73 exept 55, 58 and 68. We have alredy got a notice from VM (signature unreadable) on the doors, that more info can be in the VM office. The notice sayes that if you can not let Iberola in, you will be disconnected from builders supply anyway. I have understood, that the builders supply is on a different cable, so those who can not attend or have a keyholder or the key at VM can always ask not to be disconnected from builders supply.
If you have any questions or need assistance regarding your specific house, feel free to contact me and I will help as far as I can.

Sorry I have missunderstood the meaning of different supply line. I is only parts of the installation that is temorary so it is not possible to remain on builders supply/Arne

Electric meters are going to be installed in some of the houses 75-90. This will happen monday Jan 28 in the afternoon and the actual houses have already got a note on the door. If Ibedrola can not get into your house, you will be disconnected from electric supply.

New hope!
I heard, that Qara will start to complete the roundabout at CV941 in April and finish it in 3 months!
We have been using the dirt road so long time. It will be so difficult to leave this lovehated road.

I have got hold of a brochure called “Useful Information” from Quara. I have also been informed that a similar brochure was given to everyone together with the keys. Therefore it was not possible to obtain more than one.
Earlier this only contained the list of suppliers but there should have been manuals in the house.
The new one contains a lot more info about how to handle and take care of your house and also a list of possible administrators. Unfortunately it covers all the Villamartin urbanisations except La Canada. A am not sure I can copy anything from it; I have to make sure I will not be sued, but you can have a look in it. (Plot 56 if you have not already guessed)
