Was at PWHQ last week and the story about Phases 6 and 7 I was given was....
They are in the process of releasing Phases 1-5 as all the the buildings on these phases (except the delayed buildings) have their 'habitation certificates' and can be released. These releases will continue for the rest of this year, and beyond.
Phases 6 and 7 buildings are virtually completed (internal finishings on the last few) but they have not yet got the 'habitation certificates' from the Town Hall for these two phases and as such, without these, can not organise handovers/completions. That is why no-one has been contacted yet on these phases. They expect to get these certiciates by yearend or latest January, but they dont really know as its down to the Town Hall...and with Xmas etc. However, when they do get them, they expect to contact owners then to arrange for completions of these two phases together. So expect a call Jan or Feb.
Note that these 'habitation' certificates only apply to the dwellings contruction being habitable...not surrounding communal areas, utilities, facilities etc. being in place.
There is still the workers access and cabins compound down in Phase 6 and not much sign yet of the building works for the Sports area around phase 7, so whether they will release until those areas are clear is debatable. The phase 6 and 7 area is blocked off currently from the rest of the site and access is prohibited.
There are very good pics now available (galleries 18 onwards) on http://www.polarisworldart.com/hacienda.html
IMHO....The pictures actually give a much better impression than the reality of standing there. The buildings are probably completed, but the surrounding communal areas and the golf course are many months away from being finished and tidied. Its all a bit rough and ready on finishing at the moment....they obviously diverted the majority of resources on the building completions first....still it is getting there....but I certainly wouldn't want to be living there at the moment even if I had completed. So I think Phase 6 and 7 ers are actually lucky to be not completing yet.
