Transporting Furniture from UK

Hi, we wondered if any of the "fellow Campers" who are thinking of moving out permanentyl (lucky you) would be interested in starting a keyholding service. We stayed at La Torre while completing and we paid rent to the owner-who lives in Manchester-and then we paid 70 euro to a keyholder on the site.

To be honest all she done was give us the key and came in to take the key when we were leaving, then she cleans up, changes the beds and takes the laundry for washing which she presumably does in the washer in the apartment. They are supposed to go around each week to check the apartment and flush the toilet etc (2 minutes work). After returning home I spoke to my friend who we rented from and he said he doubted if it was ever checked although there was an extra annual charge for this. Some of them also charge extra for "Meet and Greet" which seems a bit cheeky because they have to meet you to give you the key.

Anyhow, we would be happier if someone from our own resort wanted to do this service, we feel they would be more reliable if they were neighbours and it would be a handy earner for someone who lived there-and it all seems to be cash.

I have a wealth of experience as I have ran a similiar business in the Costa del Sol area and have now moved up to this area .

However I am returning to the U.K  on 11th December for Christmas and New Year and will be returning late Jan early Feb for the rest of the year ,

My rates are very competitve and I look after properties as if they were my own,
