Mortgage rates in Spain have they come down? will they come down? when?

I am looking to get a car (probably secondhand, as a reliable runaround)  to keep on site.

Has anyone else started to source a reasonable price motor? all recomendations and advice welcomed.

We purchased a new VW Touran from the VW dealership in Vera. They also sell low-mileage used cars at reasonable prices, ask for Paco, and if you don't speak Spanish, he has Google Translator set up on his computer, (PROVED A GOD-SEND!)

Tell her what you want, and believe me, she will sort EVERYTHING out for you.

She recommended MAPFRE insurance services, and they did prove to be, the cheapest quote by far.
