A Legal Question - re; Buying and licences

We have just received our letter about setting up the community,  with one days notice we will not be able to attend. Is anyone going that would be prepared to put forward the question of English Satalite being installed.

We are going out on the 8th December - 14th December, is anyone else staying during those dates, it would be nice to meet the neighbours.

We were out a fortnight ago and they were talking about the meeting then, but no date had been set.  We were told by Maria in the aftersales that this meeting was not as important as we all probably think it is as it is only to set up the building blocks, such as money in the account etc etc, no issues would be discussed at this meeting and that it was much more important that we attend the next one when the real issues can be raised and discussed.

We are going out on the 14th and will have a chat with her and find out what happened.  We are fully intending to attend the next one and will ensure that we have adequate warning
