Block 37

Hi  All

Is their anyone else in block 37, have they been told of an inspection visit yet, we have been informed it has had the habitation certificate issued, how long do we have to snag ? or do we wait for an official letter, also has anyone completed on the one day, Keymare believe we will be able to do this?

Hi both

We aren/t in your block, however  in our ignorance when in the same situation thought that by having our "inspection" visit and leaving it approx 6 weeks to complete, that would give Key Mare time to start/complete the snagging list.

Wrong.

We (like many others) moved in 4 months ago and are still waiting for our snagging to be done.  In hindsight I think we would have delayed completion until the property was fit to live in (as we believe some have done).

Not sure if Key Mare have changed the process and are focussing on getting things right in time for new completions - may be worth asking their sales dept?
