Any news on the shops?

Just wondering if anyone has news when any of the shops will be opening on SDR?

just come back from 2 weeks in SDR, absolutely no sign of any movement on any of the shops.

Christmas and New Year in Spain is to be recommended, so laid back, no crowds, no hype, and hardly anywhere open for 2 whole days at Christmas, 1 day at New Year, then the feast of the Three Kings started on 5th for 2 days.  The most powerful memory will be the sight of the whole nativity story and other tales from the Bible laid out in model form on huge displays in town centres, they are called Belen's  each town tries to incorporate scenes or items with local reflections, They stand all through Christmas and New Year with collection boxes and beautiful plants around them.  And Guess What????   nothing is touched, damaged or graffitied.!!!

I have a property on SDR  P2, I asked my agent this same question regarding shops/units under P3. Apparently the units are well over priced I think my agent said 1/4 M euro each. So unless the developer has a reality check we will not see any movement in the forseeable future. I hope this is of help.
